Product Overview

This series offers Standard and Rugged USB 2.0 connectors designed for various applications. The series includes Standard Connector (USB) and Increased Retention Connector (USBR) options, with the USBR complying with Class 1, DIV II minimum withdrawal requirement of 15N. Available terminations include Through-hole and Surface Mount options. These connectors are constructed with high-temperature thermoplastic insulators and phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold on contacts, nickel on the shell, and tin on tails. They operate within a temperature range of -50 C to +85 C and have a voltage rating of 30 VAC with a maximum of 1500 tested cycles. The connectors are lead-free solderable for Through-hole and Upright Through-hole terminations when using wave soldering.
